By accessing or using the services provided by Spartan Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Spartan Studio provides custom software development services, including web applications, Shopify apps, Adobe Commerce extensions, and marketplace integrations. Spartan Studio also offers Inbox Detox, a desktop application for Gmail inbox management that requires Gmail OAuth authorization. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual agreements between Spartan Studio and its clients.

3. Inbox Detox

Inbox Detox is a desktop application that connects to your Gmail account via OAuth to help you manage your inbox. By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize Inbox Detox to read, analyze, and delete emails at your direction.

• Email Deletion — Spartan Studio is not responsible for emails deleted through Inbox Detox. Deletions are irreversible and are performed at your explicit request.
• Third-Party Dependencies — Inbox Detox depends on Google API availability. Spartan Studio is not liable for any disruption caused by Google API downtime or changes.
• Updates & Discontinuation — Inbox Detox may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time at Spartan Studio's discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use Inbox Detox to process accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage
• Not use Inbox Detox as part of a commercial bulk email management service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services are owned by Spartan Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Ownership of work product created under client engagements will be governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spartan Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use our services at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
